Scheduling & Service Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The Junk Removal Crew will reach out to the customer via phone call and/or email within 1 business day if order is received prior to 2pm and order received after 2 pm will be processed the next business day.

On Day Of Service

The Junk Removal Crew will contact you (the customer) via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If the Customer is not present unless previously agreed upon The Junk Removal Crew will call and wait at the location for 10 minutes for a return call or a authorized person(s) to show up at the location. If no person(s) return contact, the customer will be subject to The Junk Removal Crews Terms & Conditions and Cancelation Policy.
